Experience the profound practice of Classical Yoga Nidrā as taught in the Gitananda lineage of Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga. Classical Yoga Nidrā is not simply a technique for sleep or stress reduction. It is a sacred Sadhana (spiritual practice) that cultivates focused awareness, balance and inner transformation. 

Unlike many modern Westernized forms of Yoga Nidrā that focus primarily on relaxation through guided imagery, traditional Yoga Nidrā practice is a systematic Yogic journey into states of conscious awareness, drawing upon ancient teachings to harmonize body, breath, mind and spirit. Shell has studied true Classical Yoga Nidrā techniques directly with her teacher Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani out of Pondicherry India.

While Shell guides the Yoga Nidrā practice, Anton will serenade you with the subtle, beautiful sounds of the handpan drum, helping you to relax and go inward.
