They're back by popular demand! After absolutely knocking it out of the park during their September appearance at The Sherbino, Young & Dead returns to Ridgway on Saturday, February 27, 2027 — and we couldn't be more excited to welcome them back!

If you were here in September, you know exactly why we're bringing them back. The energy was incredible, the musicianship was nothing short of impressive, and the audience was already asking when they'd return before the night was even over.

Hailing from Boulder, Colorado, Young & Dead is a group of remarkably talented musicians in their early 20s who bring a fresh, electrifying approach to the music of the Grateful Dead. Rather than simply recreating familiar songs, they dive headfirst into the improvisation, experimentation, and musical adventure that made the Dead legendary.

Their sound combines a genuine appreciation for the original music with youthful energy, exceptional musicianship, and a fearless willingness to explore wherever the music takes them. Whether you're a lifelong Deadhead or just discovering the magic, Young & Dead delivers the kind of live experience that reminds us why this music continues to connect generations.

And if September taught us anything, it's that these guys are the real deal. We heard it over and over from audience members that night: these are seriously impressive musicians. Their return has all the makings of another fantastic night in Ridgway's Living Room — and we have a feeling Young & Dead is quickly becoming a Sherbino favorite.

So grab your friends, bring your dancing shoes, and get ready for another unforgettable night of great music, improvisation, and good company.

Don't miss your chance to catch Young & Dead back on The Sherbino stage!
