Then, continue your festive journey to meet Mrs. Claus, who will delight in hearing your Christmas wishes. She’ll even make sure Santa gets them, once he’s finished working in his busy toy workshop!

Each session of 30 minutes will be for three Children and three adults only. (Only pay for the children's tickets, Adults go free)

How can I book?

Book online by using the booking link above.

Can I just turn up without a booking?

No you need to book online.

How much does it cost to see Santa?

The cost per child is £8.50 plus a 50p booking fee.

Can I reserve a particular time?

Tickets are sold for 30 minute time slots, with a maximum online booking of 3 children and 3 adults per time slot. Children will be seen Individually with parent or as a family.

What time should I turn up?

You should try and arrive 5 minutes before your allotted time slot.

Please note that for health & safety reasons we are limited to a maximum of 10 persons in the Grotto at any one time, including helpers.

Can I cancel a booking?

No, bookings are non-refundable, but you can re-arrange a booking – see below.

What if I need to re-arrange a booking?

You will need telephone us 01977 685773 and we will do our best to re-arrange.

Can I reserve a space by telephone?

No, you can only book online

Can I accompany my child into the Grotto?

Yes, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and supervised at all times.

Can I take photos?

Yes, please feel free to take your own photos for which there is no charge.

Will my child receive a gift?

Yes, all children will receive a small gift.

Can I bring a pushchair into the Grotto?

There will be a place to leave your pushchair in the shop, but there will not be room to actually take it into the Grotto.
