Crowned as THE most exclusive house music brand and boutique festival, WE are back with a bang at our new venue, Lannock Manor Farm, Hitchin.

Saturday 3rd August 2024, in the daylight hours from 2pm until 1am in the morning, gracing the decks alongside your much loved Shhh…residents will be a collection of house music’s finest selectors and hedonistic party animals, here for you to sweep the open sky’s with big beats and raising the bar with soulful sensations at our new venue!

When the sun goes down and the night sky appears, we go under cover as we move into the huge stretch tents for a nocturnal party of hard-hitting grooves and banging bass to round off what is sure to be a collective get together that will hold long in the memory and tantalise your souls!

As always, we intend to keep the attending numbers low so we create the intimate vibe you are used to with a line up that has only been attempted at larger festivals. So please get in quick. Tickets will go quick and once they are gone, that's it!

Access to the grounds will be from 1.30pm until 1 am the next day for a full on day to night party with all of your favourite DJs.
Full access to ALL bars and music arenas plus posh toilets and bars.

A 4-person tent will be £330.
