Shift Run Club x GAIL's: Social 5k Run

You may have heard of a fun run, but have you ever heard of a bun run?🏃‍♂️

Our last run at GAIL's went so well that we're going back for more!!

We'll be meeting outside the front of GAIL's Reigate for 10:30am and setting off for a relaxed, social paced 5k run, finishing back at GAIL's for a well deserved sweet treat.

What to expect:

• Social 5k run (all abilities welcome)
• Friendly and inclusive group
• Free cinnamon bun for all runners
• Post-run coffee & catch-up at GAIL's
