Welcome to IFS (Internal Family Systems) Parts Constellation Weekends in Devon, with Shoshana.

About IFS Constellations Weekends

Join us to embody Self energy and parts in a fresh and direct way and to explore tools that awaken Self energy, enable understanding, insight, connection, self regulation and other healing processes.

Group Participants: During the weekend we will explore our inner village of parts in embodied Self-energising practices, The focus is experiential with opportunities to deepen your understanding of IFS via:

• Journalling
• Mapping
• Embodying Self Capacities
• Mini-Sculpting
• Self and Parts Group Constellation
• Parts Resourcing

IFS is inclusive and respectful to all parts of us, helping us relate directly to parts of us that are not at peace, that may be holding hurt or protecting you from further harm. We all have parts and IFS supports our connecting these to the healing energy of our Self, supporting unburdening of charge and re-organising of our internal system

IFS Constellations are unique and different to Family/Systemic Constellations.

Constellations: There will be space for around 4 participants to have constellations. Constellators will be guided to identify parts and participants will be chosen to externalise and embody these parts.  Shoshana will support the constellator to relate to their parts from Self-energy, following the IFS protocol of witnessing and unburdening parts whenever possible.

Participating in a group IFS constellation is moving and healing even when it is not your constellation. Our parts resonate with what we see being represented in another person’s constellation and are deeply moved when we embody Self-energy as a compassionate witness in the holding circle. This is a profound experience.

Are Constellation Weekends For Me?

Trauma & Self-Regulation: IFS Constellation Groups are suitable for people who are able to self-soothe and ground themselves within a group setting. There will be trauma-sensitive guidance to support grounded resourcing in connection with our Self and moving in compassionate connection with all that is within us.  

IFS Experience: No prior constellation experience is necessary. Some IFS experience and a basic understanding of Self-energy and parts can be helpful. Read about Internal Family Systems on our IFS page.

IFS Constellation & IFS Therapy: Constellation weekends support embodied Self-to-part awareness and are a supportive addition to personal IFS sessions, they are not replacements for ongoing IFS sessions.   

About Shoshana, Your Host & Guide

Shoshana Moss is a pioneering healer and teacher and is a Level 3 IFS (Internal Family Systems) practitioner and Systemic/Family constellator. A long-term practitioner of Yoga, Meditation, Deep Feminine, Ritual and Nature Connection, Movement and Embodiment in many forms, Shoshana has been leading healing groups for over 24 years.

Originally from the USA and the Middle East Shoshana followed her own ancestral need for healing and travelled extensively, spending many years in India as a yogini, devoting her life to discovering and practising healing and awakening.  She lives on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon with her dog, Chilli. 

Fees & Payment

Participant: Group Participant £180. Limited to 12 participants. The event is non-residential. Free Parking. The Sea Trout Inn (Staverton, Devon) has rooms for hire next to the venue.
Constellator: An additional £130 is payable on the weekend if you are chosen to be constellated. You don’t need to know what you will constellate in advance, this is best explored in the aliveness of the moment. Constellations aren’t pre-booked but are chosen by draw before constellation sessions from those who wish to be constellated.
