The Short+Sweet Film Festival Sydney is back! Showcasing the best local and international short films. What stories can you tell in 10 minutes?

No limits, other than your imagination.

This event is for the screening of the Department of Education films that are chosen for the screening.

This screening commences on Saturday May 12, 2025 with screenings beginning at 5:30 pm at Turner Hall at TAFE NSW Ultimo Campus, entrance on Mary Anne Street, Ultimo.

The Short+Sweet Film Festival is unique as all films shown have run times of 10 minutes or under. We screen all sorts of films and all sorts of genres and support all sorts of filmmakers from seasoned pros to emerging artists. Each week will have a different program and different genres of films showcased. These will range from Student Made Films, Comedy, Documentary, and more!
