Registration

Registration is free and open to staff and PhD students from SICSA institutions*.  External PhD students and academic colleagues, as well as industry and public sector professionals are welcome to attend one or both days of the Conference under General Registration (registration fees apply).

Accommodation

Accommodation on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 is free for SICSA Staff and PhD students.  Staff and students coming from outside of Glasgow/Edinburgh may also book accommodation on Monday, 22 June (the night before the Conference).

Cancellation

Spaces are very limited and SICSA wishes to keep the Conference free for our PhD students.  You must cancel your registration by Monday 15 June 2026 if you can no longer attend for any reason.  If you do not attend the Conference without notifying us of your cancellation, your School will be charged the full cost of your Registration (£300+ VAT).
