REGISTRATION POLICIES

Payment Policy: To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received before 11:59 PM on February 28, 2025. If you register on or after March 1, you will be charged the regular rate. 

Cancellation Policy: Once you register for Contact, you will be granted a 72-hour Registration Grace Period and be eligible for a refund minus the TicketTailor fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) if you decide to cancel. If you register after April 1, 2025, there will be no Registration Grace Period, and no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the conference.

Group Cancellation: If a group conference registration order is cancelled and fewer than 3 delegates attend, the group discount no longer applies. This difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.
