An Introduction to Creative Contemporary- Dance Workshop

Join us for two dance workshops led by Izzy Long of Swindon Dance.

Izzy will be leading two workshops exploring Contemporary technique, with Lyrical elements including creative exercises. 

The first workshop is an introduction, perfect if you have never danced before and wish to try out the class. The second workshop is open to those who have some experience in dance, it will feature slightly more complex exercises and move at a faster pace.
