Introducing Building Core Leadership, a new Signal deliverable created specifically to equip frontline supervisors with essential skills and actionable knowledge to excel in their leadership roles. Delivered through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and self-assessments, the course provides participants with a deep understanding of their role as team leaders and how they can influence operational success.

Discussion Topics:

Leadership styles and workplace behaviors – Defining and analyzing your individual leadership style and behavior drivers to improve workplace communication and teamwork.

Communication styles - Communication skills with an emphasis on providing practical feedback, coaching, and impactful engagement.

Leading and sustaining change – Understanding team dynamics and how to lead and incorporate change into the culture using the change formula and change management model.

Conflict management – How leaders effectively deal with workplace conflict and utilize constructive conflict to drive necessary change and innovation.
