Delivered through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and self-assessments, the course provides participants with a deep understanding of their role as team leaders and how they can influence operational success.

Leadership styles and workplace behaviors – Defining and analyzing your individual leadership style and behavior drivers to improve workplace communication and teamwork.
