La parola “embodiment” e’ indicativa della nostra capacità di percepire le sensazioni corporee. Queste sensazioni sono i segnali che guidano i nostri movimenti e ci aiutano a processare i contenuti emozionali della nostra esistenza. Uno dei grandi problemi del mondo moderno e’ la perdita di sensibilita’ che riduce la nostra percezione degli impulsi che ci connettono alla nostra verita’. Awakening Embodiment e’ un processo che ci consente di risvegliare la naturale sensibilità del corpo e ricollegarci al nostro io più profondo. Questa metodologia, che comporta rilassamento e liberazione, ascolto profondo e attenzione verso il nostro navigatore interiore, ci aiuta a ritrovare la gioia di vivere pienamente nel nostro corpo. In questo seminario daremo spazio all'ascolto del corpo e lavoreremo su come aprire il nostro cuore.

Azul è un percorso di trasformazione personale che utilizza la danza e la meditazione per guidarci verso il risveglio dell’amore.Amara insegna questa pratica da oltre 25 anni ed è una leader e un’innovatrice nel mondo della conscious dance.Creatrice del metodo Azul e co-fondatrice di OneDanceTribe.
Amara offre seminari e corsi di formazione diretti al risveglio dell’amore, utilizzando la danza e un approccio psico-spirituale come veicoli di esplorazione.

"Awakening Embodiment"
A weekend conscious movement workshop with Amara Pagano.
Rome, Italy

Awakening embodiment points us towards the relation with our physical body and most importantly, with our body's capacity to feel.The body is equipped with an autonomous function that supports our life without our consciousness having to drive it. This function is regulated by the autonomic nervous system. The body also has a more subtle function connected to our consciousness, which is to feel what is happening. The feeling is what informs our responses, and our movements and facilitates digesting the emotional content of our lives. In our modern world, most of us have lost our ability to fully feel the internal impulses that connect us to a clearly felt sense of self.“Awakening Embodiment” is a process of reconnecting to this felt sense – tending to the numb layers and awakening the innate sensitivity of the body. It is a journey of relaxation and release, deep listening, and honoring what our internal navigation system is showing us. Using movement combined with a psycho-spiritual approach, we will come back home to ourselves and experience the beauty and fullness of embodiment. For more information:
