- Assess the relevance of these points to your specific customer base.
- Pinpoint and prioritise six or more essential values for your customers.
- Create a structured customer-focused approach based on these identified core values.
🛠️ Part 2: Align Operations with Customer Values
- Identify customer touchpoints within your business operations.
- Outline a detailed process for each touchpoint.
- Evaluate their alignment with core values.
- Enhance processes to better reflect these values.
- Develop a plan to integrate these improvements into your business.
- Prioritise key messages to introduce these values to potential customers.
👥 Who Should Attend: Entrepreneurs, business owners, innovators, product owners/developers and marketers in Dorset's digital, creative or tech industries, who are eager to amplify their USP, enhance customer engagement, and elevate their brand's visibility and impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
Should ideally:
- Be based in the UK and active in Dorset
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Essential):
- Already be up and running for a solid 2 years
- Have at least 5 team members
- Be hitting a turnover of £100,000 or more
- Shown investment in R&D
- Already exporting or have export potential
- Have raised secured investment from private investors in previous funding rounds
- Have secured funding or applied for funding from Innovate UK in the past (including Knowledge Transfer Partnerships)
- Been part of an accelerator, incubator program, or a government Catapult programme
