We are delighted to be collaborating with Sarah Rankin, chef, food writer, and lover of Scottish flavours and produce to present a The Summer Table.
The Summer Table takes place at 3pm, Sunday the 19th of July at Sillyflatt, where sky, land and sea meet. Sarah will be serving a generous sharing menu showcasing the best of seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients where you can take time to enjoy good food in great company.
We will be featuring Highland Boundary botanical spirits at the supper. Highland Boundary captures the unique flavours of the Scottish wilderness and distils them into an innovative range of botanical spirits and liqueurs. Lovingly crafted in our Scottish distillery, our spirit encompasses all the loved traits of vodka or gin with a wild Scottish twist. Perfect for cocktails and for those looking for a natural yet remarkable drinking experience. One cocktail included in ticket price.
You are also invited to join us The Wild Cocktail, a mocktail/cocktail workshop with Highland Boundary that will start at 1:30pm in the yurt. One cocktail and tasters included in ticket price. (Limited to 12 and additional price).
Join us for a very special one-off evening. Tickets are limited and early booking is advised.
Seasonality, sustainability and a focus on Scottish producers and our unrivalled larder are at the heart of Sarah Rankin's cookbooks Kith and Feast, both of which are available now.

Celebrating farmers and growers who prioritise quality, welfare and integrity is central to my work, and sharing their stories helps connect diners to the care and commitment behind every ingredient. I’m delighted to be hosting a very special Seasonal Supper at the stunning
Sillyflatt Fare where Ailsa has created a beautiful place where our passion for hospitality, storytelling and seasonal Scottish ingredients will truly shine."
