Being a busy professional can be very challenging at times especially if you also have to balance it with family life. Sometimes you have to make compromises in certain areas of your life meaning that you don't have the ideal level of engagement in those areas.

The stress of this, over time, not only impacts on your relationships at work and at home but also impacts on you on a physical level. Stress can manifest in the form of ailments such as headaches, tiredness and at times even more serious illnesses can manifest themselves such as anxiety or even full blown panic attacks .

Do you feel overwhelmed or are you completely disengaged and you feel like you are moving through different areas of your life on autopilot?

This can only be sustained for a limited amount of time. It won't get any better without the right strategies to enable you to manage the pressures you're facing.
