Doors open at 9am - Course starts 9.30 - finishes at 6.30 with a 15 min break in the morning and afternoon and an hour for lunch.  

There are cafes, restaurants and food halls close by.

The event will be on the first floor and if the participant is disabled or have mobility issues, please note that there is a lift available.

From what age is the course suitable?

• The Foundation Course is suitable for ages 15 and above.
  

 How can I prove I am a Repeater?

• Please present either;
• Your Silva Method International ID Card, or
• Your original Course Certificate 
  

Will I receive a certificate and Silva ID?

• Yes. If this is your first time attending the BLS, you will receive;
• An Official Silva International Certificate
• Your own Silva ID Card, which allows you to attend repeat courses anywhere in the world at repeater rates.

Will I get a student manual?

• Yes, a printed student manual is provided for all modules in the BLS Foundation Course (#101–#404) for new students.
