From what age is the course suitable?
- The Foundation Course is suitable for ages 14 and above.
How can I prove I am a Repeater?
- Please present either;
- Your Silva Method International ID Card, or
- Your original Course Certificate
Will I receive a certificate and Silva ID?
- Yes. If this is your first time attending the BLS, you will receive;
- An Official Silva International Certificate
- Your own Silva ID No which allows you to attend repeat courses anywhere in the world at repeater rates.
Will I get a student manual?
- Yes, a student manual is provided for all modules in the BLS Foundation Course (#101–#404).
