Fun, fitness sessions with Silverfit Charity for the over 45s!

Activity: Yoga

Venue: Lordship Hub, Lordship Recreation Ground, Higham Rd, London N17 6NU

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 11am, participants should arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the session

Instructor:  Toni will be covering Chris's classes until the end of the year.

Price: Toni's session needs to be paid for in person directly to her (not to Silverfit). TicketTailor is to be used as a booking platform to regulate numbers only.

Please bring your own mat to the session
