Sunday Sound Bath . Teddington Village Hall (Glos)

Come and join me for a deeply relaxing hour long Sound Journey.

Relax as the sounds of the crystal singing bowls fill the room. The Tibetan bowls , the native flute, chimes and shamanic drum beat takes you on a relaxing journey.

Please bring with you a yoga type mat, blankets, warm socks, pillow an eye mask if you wish. Cocoon yourself as you let the mystical sounds take you in to a beautiful relaxed state.

PLEASE NOTE: The sound bath starts at 10 am prompt, no late comers can  be admitted once we commence.
