Group Reiki & Sound Bath - Chantry Studio 6th September 7-8 pm

This unique offering combines two powerful holist practices for a deeply relaxative experience. As you rest comfortably, we open the session with a deep meditation and moving to a soothing acoustic of sound healing wash over you, calming te nervous system and easing your body into a deeply relaxed state.
While enveloped in these healing vibrations, I will channel gentle the Reiki energy to release stagnangt tensions and support your body’s natural healing processes.
Energy Balance: Clear energetic blockages and restore your inner harmony.
Deep relaxation: Melt away stress and transition from a state of “fight or flight” to deep rest.
