Clown and Bouffon weekly drop in class with Simone Tani

A weekly class in Clown and Bouffon, facilitated by Simone Tani, a graduate of École Philippe Gaulier and co-founder of the award-winning clown and bouffon company Teatro Pomodoro.

While clowns captivate audiences with laughter and playful antics, bouffons operate with a more subversive edge: they use grotesque comedy to charm and entertain, creating space to deliver unsettling truths and challenge the audience.

This course will explore the fundamentals of both styles, gradually progressing to devising original routines and scenes.
