Description

Parental Alienation and High Conflict Cases

It is incredibly common for a parent to attempt to isolate the other from their child's life following a separation or divorce.  Despite being incredibly harmful to the child, it is surprisingly common and as the court can only work with what they see, you need to be able to highlight this issue to the court in order for them to deal with it.

Alongside Parental Alienation if it is a part of your case, it tends to follow that your situation is probably high conflict too.  This can be difficult to distance yourself from the other sides continued anger towards you, and often you will find the court blames you both for not behaving like adults.

It is too easy to get drawn into a situation where the only solution to give the children peace is to remove you, so Simon will explain how to avoid being drawn into pointless conflict which will harm you.
