Represent yourself in a Fact Finding Hearing

Sat 17 Apr 2021 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM BST

Online, Microsoft Teams

Description

The courts use a Fact Finding Hearing to consider allegations, usually of domestic abuse, and decide who is telling the truth.  It is vitally important to present yourself well and to argue against any false allegations.

This course will explain the process the court uses and show how to manage each step, including examples of putting together cross examination in order to prove your version of events.
