Join us for a deep dive into the vibrant and flavorful world of vegetables in The Secret Life of Veggies. Whether you’re a long-time vegetable lover or just trying to incorporate more plants into your diet, this class will introduce you to creative and delicious ways to prepare seasonal produce. We’ll work with Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and carrots to create dishes that are full of flavor and perfect for any occasion. You’ll learn how to roast, caramelize, and whip up sauces that will turn simple veggies into a show-stopping meal. By the end of the class, you’ll be ready to serve up healthy, satisfying dishes that everyone will enjoy.

Menu:

• Roasted Brussels sprouts with your choice of toppings:
  • Cilantro, sweet chili sauce, and sesame seeds
  • Balsamic glaze with pomegranate
  • Chili, peanuts, & mint
  • Lemon juice and parmesan

• Cauliflower steaks with romesco sauce

• Caramelized carrots with harissa & honey on goat cheese whip

Wine is not included in the price of the ticket, however, select wines by the glass and other beverages will be available for purchase during class.
