If you make it as a TOP 5 finalist and you already purchased a ticket, you will get refunded. All finalists must be at the gala to accept their awards on the stage. Finalists will be notified via email and winners will be announced live. 10 Canadian businesses hear their name called in front of a room that has been waiting all season for it. 🏆 PITCH TOP 5 finalists will be pitching live in front of the judges .

Black tie or formal attire for the Gala. This is the night to go all out.
All Access and Golden Pass guests: the invite-only pre-gala experience that afternoon is business casual, trendy chic, and you will have time to change before the evening.
Tickets and transfers
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable at no charge. If you cannot make it, you can pass your ticket to someone else. Email hello@sinclaircreativeagency.com with your order number and the new guest’s full name and email by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, January 20, 2027 (three weeks before the event), and we will reissue the ticket in their name.
After that date we cannot process transfers. Final guest numbers, dietary requirements and seating go to the venue at that point, and dietary requirements must be submitted by the same date.
The Gala is 19+. Alcohol is served, and valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door and at the bar. The Business & Wealth Summit that morning is open to all ages, with guests under 19 accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to your image being used in event, press and sponsor material. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of the event team on arrival.
If the date changes, your ticket carries over to the new date. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a credit of equal value toward a future Sinclair Creative Agency event, valid for 24 months, which you can use yourself or pass to someone else.
