New Years Eve Celebration

A selection of canapés and Prosecco on arrival.

Starters

• Smoked salmon and Prosecco parfit with a crispy salad and sourdough.
• Honey glazed ham hock terrine with crispy salad and apple and cider chutney.
• Medley of melon with mozzarella and tomato salsa (V)

Middle course

• Champagne and black currant sorbet

Mains

• Butterfly corn fed chicken breast with baby leeks and wild mushrooms in a white wine sauce
• King prawn and spinach stuffed salmon en croûte with a hollandaise sauce
• Grilled Mediterranean vegetable feta tart with a light tomato and herb sauce (V)

All main courses served with parsley new potatoes, seasonal vegetables

Deserts

• Chocolate and hazelnut cheesecake with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream
• Mulled wine poached pears with a mascarpone cream and amoretti biscuit (V)
• Fruits of the forest pavlova with fresh Chantilly cream, raspberry coulis and vanilla pod ice cream
