Performances on Friday and Saturday will include a silent auction, and a cash bar will be available!

All Festival Passes include complimentary access to the after-party after Saturday's concert and one drink ticket — no additional charge required.

Workshops and Education

But the fun doesn't stop there! In addition to the performances, SING! Edmonton will also offer a range of workshops and educational opportunities. Workshops will cover a wide range of topics, from vocal techniques and arranging to stage presence and group dynamics, and will be led by experienced professionals and educators. These workshops will provide valuable insights and skills for aspiring a cappella singers and group leaders.

2:45pm  |  Ring True: Dive into the rich harmonies and techniques of barbershop singing with The Grove City Barbershop Harmony Chorus

2-5pm  |  Beatboxing Groove Lab: Crafting Rhythms & Vocal Sounds with beatbox champions Peterpot & BIGSQUID

May 4th Day Choir

10am-1pm  |  Silver Studios Day Choir: come learn an a cappella mash-up arranged by Caleb Nelson - all are welcome!

This 3-hour immersive rehearsal will involve a variety of vocal techniques, tight harmonies, and is open to singers of all experience levels. Maybe you can't commit to the rest of the festival opportunities, but would love to come and sing with an ensemble for a few hours. If you're interested in attending, please sign up HERE so that we can have music ready for you.

Also note: there is an optional performance of the piece at the afternoon concert starting at 2pm in the Betty Andrews theatre.

Throughout the festival, the emphasis will be on collaboration, sharing, and education. The goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where attendees can connect with other a cappella enthusiasts, share their experiences and knowledge, and learn from one another.
