Flame and Flow

‘There is a new story/more beautiful than anything/you could ever imagine/and the time has come/for it to be heard’

We gather in a ritual space, with visionary poet, Siobhán Mac Mahon and yoga teacher, Justine Carbery. Opening our hearts and our bodies with gentle yoga nidra we will receive the blessings, wisdom and Imbas of Brigid, carried in the words of ‘Siobhán’s poem ‘Message from Brigid’ Together we will honour the light and hope we each carry in these dark times.
