Another ambitious attempt to combine a Pub Quiz and a Pub Crawl - it is always a lot of fun!

What?
Pub Quiz meets Pub Crawl.
With cash prizes, trophies, and a pizza for every team!

When?
Saturday 7th September, Midday-5pm (ish)

Did you say grub?
Every team gets a pizza and the option to add chips.
 It's a pub quiz pub crawl, not a pub quiz diet crawl.

Where?
We start in Bar Gallus with registration from Midday and then the first quiz starts about half an hour later.

How do I buy a ticket?

There is space for a limited number of teams. Buy a team ticket and then add players as required. Tickets are only available here and direct from Sir James.

FAQ

How do we know where to go?
Ticket holders will told the venue for registration in advance. Registration on the day at Midday.
The full schedule for the day will be revealed on the day.

Some of our team need to leave early or arrive late is this ok?
They will miss some stuff, but that's ok, their loss isn't it? It must be a nightmare for them being so popular.

How will they find us?
They can phone you to find out what pub we are in on the way round can’t they?
As long as someone is there at the first venue for team registration they can take lanyards and passes for the whole team.

Unexpectedly the whole thing is cancelled because of Corona-virus/Peroni-virus etc.
Ok. In this case everyone can have a refund or transfer their ticket to the next one.

Unexpectedly a team or team mate can't make it... Can I have a refund?
Tickets are normally non-refundable, but normally the event sells out and then tickets can be re-sold via the waiting list.
Contact Sir James for details or ask someone else to take their place yourself.

Unexpectedly we have an extra team member
That's fine, you can add a team member here by getting the add a player ticket.

We have a dog!
It's a pub crawl, leave the dog at home! Most venues are dog friendly.
If you bring your dog bring those wee bags to pick up it's shite too.

Can under 18's join in?
No. What the fuck are you thinking? Of course not.
Go play in the park and come back when you're legal.

Does the ticket include any drinks?
For licensing reasons no drinks can be included with the ticket cost, but each team gets a pizza so shove that in your face and stop complaining about it. Please drink responsibly.

How far is it between each venue?
Total walking time is about an hour, but all venues are less than 15 mins walk apart and some are very close together. It's a nice wee journey on foot if it’s not pissing down, but you can cheat and get the odd taxis if mobility is an issue.

Are tables and seat reserved for us?
I will aim to have exclusive use of most venues for the crawl!
Numbers are limited to ensure everyone can be accommodated as well as possible.
I cannot guarantee seats and tables, but there should be enough places reserved.
Of course venues reserve the right of refusal, please behave responsibly at all times, in previous years there have been no problems but - maybe you will the first to get barred!

How do I get tickets?
This ticketing site and from Sir James himself. These are only way to get tickets, anything else is a lie.
