Come join Marissa & Aleks over 10 weeks as we dive into Trauma as Medicine, a DIY book for healing trauma that includes journaling questions and prompts. We'll be kicking off in January and meeting weekly, with the author, Sarah Salter Kelly, joining us in Week 5, Week 9 and a special session with her on Week 10 after we've completed the book.
About our facilitators
Marissa Kosolofski is a psychedelic advocate, community builder, and the creatrix of The Golden Thread Studio, an online wellness studio specializing in breathwork journeys and self-care practices. Her mission to create connection such that people are present to the beauty of the human experience and the magic of everyday moments, was born from her own psychedelic-assisted transformation.
With 20+ years working in the beauty industry and responsible for leading North America’s education for a market-leading global beauty brand, her commitment to sharing growth and development runs deep. Marissa looks to serve the psychedelic ecosystem in whatever way she can, pivoting from beauty on the outside, to beauty on the inside, cultivating wholeness to bring us a little more home to ourselves
Aleksandra Kasikovic is of Balkan descent and has a deep reverence for the resilient lineage she comes from. She is currently diving into the traditional earth medicine of her ancestors. She holds a BSc in Biology, MSc in Biotechnology and is most recently trained as an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach.
A self-proclaimed human guinea pig, Aleks lives in Vancouver and continues to explore what this life has to offer by embracing her own oceanic emotions and the vastness of the human experience, while connecting deeper with the magic of the universe. When not deep in conversation, you can probably find her dancing, traveling or surrounded by her beautiful community.
