Are you wanting to connect more deeply with the SIPster community?

Join us on February 15th for a virtual evening of connections and sharing! During our time together, you will have an opportunity to listen, share, and get to know this growing community more intimately. There will also be time for a Q & A about SIP, how to use Heartbeat, and any other burning questions about this community.

You are welcome to come as you are, no matter your background or experience with psychedelics. Bring your passion, your curiosity, and an open mind!

We will be hosting this event once a month throughout the Gregorian calendar year, alternating on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Stay tuned for the full-year calendar!

About our facilitators

Merryn Spence is a Trauma-Informed/Responsive Care worker studying and working with alternative and complementary medicines such as yoga (postures, breathwork, meditation, mantras, mudras, guiding principles), plants (nutrition, herbal and medicinal, sacred ceremonial, entheogens and psychedelics), and somatic, energetic, and integration work. Body sovereignty remains at the center of her work, as her goal is to share and teach self-cleansing and self-regulation tools.

Merryn’s path is focused on sharing regenerative/sustainable (thus accessible) practices that connect humans to the sacred nature that exists within and all around.

Carly O’Rourke is a psychonaut – an explorer of altered states of consciousness – yet whenever she seeks cosmic expansion she is redirected back into her body to better understand herself and humanity. After a decade working in the non-profit realm, she is thrilled to pursue a calling as a psychedelic doula and is personalizing a trauma-informed approach using Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, Integrated Somatic Therapy, and other modalities.

She believes in the importance of doing your own work first and foremost. She regularly facilitates psilocybin journeys and is preparing to serve 5MEO-DMT by intimately getting to know the medicine herself. Carly is devoted to Mama Gaia and one of her greatest joys is absorbing the beauty of nature. She is in partnership with a sexy scientist and they have a beautiful baby girl.
