Sisters in the Wild @ Kendal Mountain Festival

Join us for a chilled community session, feature some  inspiring bike stories from our community, and a pre-talks social.

Arrive, grab a drink, have a chat.  Please make sure you're arrived and settled in before the talks begin.

Talks:

Nic Hobbs (@minimicroadventure) and Sue Barrett (@adventurequeenmother) will share and discuss their short film BOTHY. This 90 second film is a glimpse into what it takes to cycle to a mountain bothy. A story of humour in the face of adversity, joyful adventure, and appreciation for the peace that mountains can bring.

We'll also hear from Claire Wyatt (@exploringbybicycle) who has ridden 57,000km around the world. From Mongolia to London , around Australia and all of South East Asia. Acts of kindness have been at the heart of her cycles and Claire’s faith in humanity is at an all time high - she’ll be sharing some of her stories.
