“unbelievably unprepared for what life as an individual looks like.”

Following a sold-out run in July, Situationshit is back. This “proudly female centric” show (AYoungishPerspective ★★★★) will be back at the Libra Theatre Cafe in Camden on the 21st & 22nd of October.

Situationshit is a one-woman, rhythm-driven show about finding yourself again after five years with someone else. Self-deprecating, funny and brutally honest, it dives into dating, situationships, friendships, family dynamics and the chaotic reality of starting over. It navigates (or doesn't) the pressures of modern love and the constant question of whether you’re doing any of it “right”, whilst highlighting that healing is rarely linear and old habits die hard.

Breaking the fourth wall, the audience are let in on the thoughts and confessions people don’t usually admit out loud. Blending comedy, spoken word and sharp honesty, the show explores the messy, unpredictable process of becoming the newest version of yourself and proves that questionable decisions make great stories.

Written and performed by Emily Drewett and Directed by Rogue Spare.
