Customer experience, also known as CX, is defined not only by how the customers enjoyed the product after they've used it or services after they've availed it. The experiences a person has over the course of their journey with a product or service are what define CX. Positive and negative customer interactions with a brand play a major role, which can include a variety of customer service touchpoints.

When delivering a service to a customer, do you find it difficult...
