July is here and the lockdown is been lifted across the world. The most important thing we can do now is to stay alert, control the virus, and in doing so, save lives. New Staying alert and Safe (social distancing) guidelines have been posted out to help us all keep safe for ourselves and each other.
We still are unable to return to our gyms, leisure centres and dance studios at this time, so participating in a dance and fitness class online is a VERY good option! We all know now that Music and Dance have great health benefits... There’s something about grooving to the sound of music that seems to take all of our cares away. Maybe it’s the rhythm of your favorite tunes or the heart-pumping workout that gets you up and off the couch. Or perhaps it’s the challenge of mastering the more complicated moves that brings you so much joy. Regardless of your reasons, one thing’s for sure: The physical, mental, and emotional health benefits of dancing are endless.
Dance builds endurance and stamina, releases toxins through sweating, may lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels and also reduce heart rate and help with weight loss. So lets keep moving and grooving together online while the powers above figure out how to bring normality back into our world.

WHAT CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE?...
1. ALevelUp Dancehall & Afrobeat Vibes (Choreography) - learn creative, some challenging, but easy to follow progressive add-on dance choreography to the sounds of Dancehall and Afrobeats music, which is taught by breaking it down step by step. The choreography is usually repeated for a number of weeks until everybody gets it, then we move on to something new.
2. ALevelUp Just Dance (Choreography) - this class is not specific to one dance style or music taste, it will have flavours of many, such as oldskool 80/90s HipHop & R&B and modern day music. As like the other dance choreography class, you will learn creative, some challenging, but easy to follow progressive add-on dance choreography, which is taught by breaking it down step by step. The choreography is usually repeated for a number of weeks until everybody gets it, then we move on to something new.
3. ALevelUp Shake A Leg (Follow the leader dance cardio) - learn several simple routines in one session, no breaks, cardio burning while having fun. This is a great class for families to do together to keep active and have fun together. Have plenty water and a sweat towel to hand as you will sweat in this class.
4. ALevelUp Relax Chillout Unwind (Stretch) - stretch out our body and relax our minds. Simple stretch exercises to help keep you body flexible, toned and in good condition, along with calming our minds from the chitter chatter inside our heads. A yoga mat or a towel to lay down on would be useful if your are working on hard flooring.
5. HITT Class With AlicjaB - High Intensity workout class, to help get you in shape. A bonus class instructed by my good friend Alicja Blachut.
HOW DOES IT WORK?...
Once you have signed up to join, you will be added to a private Whatsapp group and sent a link to request to join our private Facebook group. Here is where I will share the links to join the live online classes which I will be providing via Zoom. I will also share in these groups the links to live recorded classes and prerecorded tutorials. You will need to download the Zoom app if you would like access to all live classes.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN?...
A donation of min £10-£15 for unlimited membership to all live sessions for the entire month. I totally understand that most of us are extremely worried about finances, so please if £10 is all you can afford that is so much appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: Your donation gives you all live classes and live recorded sessions, which you can do on replay for up to 30 days from the date of the recording. This is also great for those of you who may miss a live class or just wish to do the class over again. Plus you get will get access to all prerecorded tutorials for all dance choreography we learn during the month.
