Step out of Keswick and into the spirit of New Orleans as Brasserie 31 brings Mardi Gras to the Lakes for one night only.

This year’s Fat Tuesday Feast is inspired by the deep-rooted food traditions of Louisiana’s carnival season — a time to gather, indulge, and enjoy dishes cooked low and slow, rich with spice, and full of soul. The menu is a nod to classic Creole and Cajun recipes, reimagined with Skiddaw flair.

Expect warm hospitality, candlelit tables laced with Mardi Gras colour, and a menu filled with bold, Southern flavours. Come dressed in purple, green and gold, or add a mask for mystery – there’ll be a prize for the best dressed, as tradition demands.
