This event is strictly 21+ to drink, 18+ to enter.

All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to enter. Photocopies or digital photos of IDs will not be accepted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason.

Prices will increase as we approach event date!

• General Admission (GA) tickets grant entry to the event on a first-come, first-served basis.

(GA) Tickets simply provide access to the event and do not guarantee any seating. General Admission locations are identified as in "Front of Stage" and on "Balcony" (Shown on map in yellow).

• VIP Balcony (South Balcony or North Balcony) is a reserved section without Bottle Service!

• VIP Tables (VIP) are available with Bottle Service!

VIP Tables with $500 Bottle (VIP) are included with table seats.

• VIP TABLE areas and alcohol service are restricted to guests 21+, with ID checks enforced by venue.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
• 1 bottle of hard liquor ($500 bottle purchase) per VIP table IS INCLUDED in the table price and bottles may be selected at the venue.
• Tax and gratuities for this bottle is ALREADY INCLUDED in the cost.
• Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS.

It is recommended that the entire party is present upon entry as there will only be (1) assigned QR code per VIP Table.

By clicking "Pay" or "Place Order" you agree that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by California law. Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code § 22507, you are entitled to a full refund only if the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.

Parking:

AVALON Hollywood does not have designated on-site parking. However, there are several paid lots in the area for your convenience.

AVALON HOLLYWOOD GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry & Admission

• General Admission (GA) tickets do not guarantee a specific seat, location, or front-row access.
• Admission is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Arriving early is strongly recommended.
• GA may consist of standing-room-only access or unreserved seating depending on the event.
• Tickets are revocable licenses and may be revoked at any time for violations of venue policies.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Most tickets are digital and managed through a ticketing platform.

Capacity Restrictions

• Pre-paid GA tickets guarantee admission only until the venue reaches maximum capacity.
• Guests arriving after capacity is reached will be placed in the General Admission line and admitted on a one-in, one-out basis as patrons exit.

Age & Identification Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
• Drinking age is strictly enforced at 21+.
• Select events may allow guests 18+, which will be clearly indicated on the ticket.

No Re-Entry Policy

• AVALON Hollywood enforces a strict no re-entry policy.
• Once a ticket is scanned and entry is granted, guests may not leave and return without purchasing a new ticket.

Security Screening

• All patrons and personal belongings are subject to search prior to entry.
• Security reserves the right to deny admission or remove guests for violations of venue policies.

Dress Code Requirements

AVALON Hollywood maintains an upscale casual dress code. 

For the comfort and safety of all guests,  we encourage stylish, fashionable attire. 

Prohibited Attire

• Flip-flops, Athletic Shorts, Sleeveless shirts, Sweatpants.
• Excessively torn, dirty or soiled clothing or clothing displaying offensive, hateful or explicit imagery or language. 

Acceptable Attire

• Clean Jeans, T-shirts, Designer and Athletic Sneakers, Fashion Forward and Upscale casual attire. 

Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose attire is deemed unsafe, excessively disruptive, or inappropriate for the venue.

Prohibited Items

• Firearms, Knives, Pepper spray, Weapons of any kind.
• Oversized umbrellas, Laser pointers.
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses, Video recording equipment.
• Outside food, Outside beverages, Coolers, Glass containers.

Conduct Policy

• Zero tolerance for fighting, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct.
• Mosh pits and aggressive physical contact are prohibited.
• Guests showing obvious signs of intoxication or under influence may be denied entry without refund.
• Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Venue Amenities

• Multiple bars are located throughout the venue.
• A dining menu is available to all General Admission guests.

Parking Information

• AVALON Hollywood does not provide on-site parking. Guests must utilize nearby paid parking lots or available street parking along Vine Street and Cahuenga Boulevard.

Each reservation includes:

• Private reserved table.
• Dedicated cocktail waitress.
• Table service assistant.
• Dedicated VIP security presence.

GRATUITY & FEES

All VIP reservations are subject to additional charges FOR ADDITIONAL PURCHASES.

Guests should budget beyond the Menu prices stated to account for these mandatory charges.

Please note that there is a 16% service charge that goes directly to the service staff and an 8% administration fee goes back to the venue.

Payment Verification

Failure to provide matching identification may result in denial of table access.

The individual who made the reservation must present:

- The physical credit card used for booking

- Matching government-issued photo identification

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Entry into AVALON Hollywood constitutes acceptance of all venue policies, security procedures, dress code requirements, age restrictions, conduct standards, ticketing conditions, VIP policies, and bottle service requirements. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund for violations of venue rules or applicable laws.
