Take in the sights and smells of late summer with a walk in the heart of the Trossachs followed by a sauna session in the secluded Sweat and Soak Sauna right on the edge of Loch Ard.
We'll start our morning with a loop in Loch Ard Forest, visiting Ghleannain Loch and then returning along the edge of Loch Ard, with a short break for lunch. We'll then drive 10 minutes along the loch for a warming sauna session and swim or dip in the loch. We have exclusive use of the Sweat and Soak sauna right on the edge of Loch Ard (max 8 people).
- Meeting point: Loch Àrd Forestry Commission car park (there is no public transport to the start but car share from Glasgow or pick up en route is possible)
