Curious about open water swimming but not sure where to start? This is your chance to build confidence in a safe, supportive setting with experienced coach Jim Bridges.

Whether you’re brand new to outdoor swimming or looking to feel more comfortable in the water, these small-group sessions are designed to help you ease in at your own pace. You’ll learn essential skills like water entry, breathing, body position, and how to stay calm and in control—plus plenty of practical tips to help you enjoy your swim.

This is a lifeguarded, supported session, so you’ll be looked after every step of the way.

Session details:

• Max 10 people — booking essential

• £10 per person

• Must be able to swim a minimum of 100m

• Brightly coloured swim hats required

• Wetsuits optional
