Join us for a Yoga and Swim session at Sleekburn Water
Begin with Yoga at the Earth Balance well-being Studio
This session is beautifully designed by Caroline Lewis, Yoga Instructor. Covering development of strength and flexibility for swimmers of all abilities.
Yoga will last one hour before heading to the water.
End your session with a swim/dip lead by Jim Bridges. Jim is an experienced swimmer and member of the GB ice swim and GB Masters swim teams. As well as being GB ice mile record holder, Jim regularly coaches swimming in a range of abilities and will be there to guide the session, provide advice and support for those new to open water.
Session lasts 2 hours
You are free to use the facilities at Sleekburn Water
- a warm changing cabin
- teas and coffees (please do help yourself)
- toilets are on site
