This session will be led by Beck Ferrari, a child bereavement specialist and cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner with the UK Trauma Council. It will consider:

• What is trauma and what makes a bereavement traumatic
• How we can recognise when a child is traumatised
• When to refer on for specialist support
  
• Self care for adults supporting traumatised children
  

Full price admission is £55 per person. However, named SBCs in subscribed schools can use their access code to attend this training for free, or to book a place for other staff members in their schools for the discounted price of £25 per person.
