Slow Grown Farm Tour
Need help?
At Slow Grown Farm, in the heart of the South Downs National Park, we produce raw milk cheese from our rare-breed, 100% grass-fed cows, and charcuterie from our woodland-raised Saddleback pigs. We also raise a 100% grass-fed beef herd.
Join us on our first farm walk of the year to see this beautiful land, our cows living on pasture with their calves and our pigs in the woods. This is calving season for Slow Grown Farm, so you will get to see our newborn calves living in the field with their Mums - if they're not hiding in the long grass! See our unusual 'tandem' milking parlour, and hear how we farm organically and regeneratively - building soil and biodiversity.
Join us for lunch; after the tour we'll be selling our hand pressed 100% grass-fed beef burgers off the BBQ from 12.30-1.30pm. You can order and pay for a burger on the day, but as we'll have a limited amount you have the option to pre-order a burger with your ticket. We cannot guarantee that we'll have enough burgers on the day for those who have not pre-ordered.
Our pop-up shop will be open from 11am-2pm, where you can sample and buy our grass-fed cheese and woodland-raised charcuterie and take home our 100% grass-fed beef and organically certified woodland pork.
Sorry, no dogs please.
Tickets are free for under 12s, please ensure you select the correct tickets for those in your group.
