Slow Space is a space for intentional rest.
A guided session of breathwork, rest and nervous system downregulation – this time, just for mums.
An hour to slow down, switch off and exhale.
What we’ll do
- Settle in and arrive
- Gentle guided breathwork and rest for nervous system downregulation
- Leave feeling calmer, more grounded and reconnected
No experience necessary.
Good to know
- You’re very welcome to arrive from 7.20pm. We’ll begin gently at 7.30pm.
- Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in, and bring a blanket if you’d like.
- Yoga mats and props are provided.
- Please note that the studio is accessed via a flight of stairs once inside.
- Slow Space is a child-free session, giving you an opportunity to fully switch off, exhale and enjoy an hour for yourself.

Health Information
Slow Space uses very gentle breathwork and relaxation practices to support rest and nervous system downregulation. This is a slow, calming and accessible session, and most people will be able to take part comfortably.
If you have epilepsy, a significant cardiovascular or respiratory condition, or are unsure whether the session is right for you, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss whether the session is suitable for you.
If you are pregnant, please let me know before the session so that I can offer appropriate adaptations.
You are always welcome to work at your own pace and can pause or opt out of any exercise at any time.
