Five years ago, Slow Ways started a mission to create a national network of walking routes that connect every town and city across the UK. Thanks to volunteers across Britain we’ve already mapped 140,000km of routes and helped thousands of people to walk more and discover new places.

We have big plans for the future of Slow Ways and have launched an ambitious Crowdfunder to bring them to life!

Join this Talk and Q&A by our founder, Daniel Raven-Ellison, as he shares our plans for the future. He’ll share how we plan to make it easy for everyone to discover great active routes by extending the network, adding more ways of getting around and enabling groups and organisations to share their own networks.

In this session we will:

  • describe the journey so far

  • explain our ambitious plans for the future and how it can benefit communities, groups and organisations specifically

  • share how you can be part of it

  • answer your questions

Looking forward to seeing you there!
