REFUND POLICY
Event Cancellation by Chamber
The Small Business Pro (SBPro) University reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If SBPro University cancels an event, registrants will be offered full credit for future events. In case of inclement weather, and the SBPro University decides to cancel an event, registrants will be notified by e-mail.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
The deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is two business days (48 hours) after registration for the event.
The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is (14) fourteen business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number or Invoice Number.
