The Small Giants Community annual summit is a time for the community to come together, learn from one another, and strengthen relationships. Each year, we select a new and timely theme. All of us experience life through a series of transitions, both in our personal development, and throughout our years on a professional path. Some of these transitions work smoothly, while others are fraught with struggle and fear.

We’ve chosen Transitions as the theme for the 2023 Small Giants Community Summit because now more than ever is a time of collective transition. Some have occurred because people have used the time during the pandemic to reevaluate their lives and careers. Others have happened because a business owner has made the decision to transfer key responsibilities to the next generation. And others have popped up involuntarily as in the case of a business merger or acquisition.

We'll hear stories and celebrate the courage and ingenuity of Small Giants leaders who have gone through personal and professional transitions. This Summit is sure to be filled with inspiration, moving stories, and practical learnings for everyone.

Cancellation policy

We’re sorry if you can no longer join us for the Summit, but we understand that things happen and life isn’t always predictable. If you cancel before Thursday 3/16/23, you will receive 100% of your refunded ticket*. If you cancel between Friday 3/17/23 and Thursday 4/6/23, you will receive 50% of your refunded ticket*. From Friday 4/7/23 until the Summit, you will not receive any refund on your purchase.

*Regardless of the time of your cancellation, you will not receive a refund on the $150 processing fee.
