MATCH PLAY SESSIONS (Yellow ball) for 12-17 year olds- 7th and 8th April, Wycombe High, 10-12.30 pm

"Smashing Tennis" Mixed tennis sessions for 12-17 year olds: Match and point play, tactics and fun games. These sessions will give you a chance to build your tennis skills and match play understanding prior to Summer term tennis at Secondary schools. A fun few days of tennis drills and point play with others your own age from local schools. 

Timings: 10-12.30 pm on 7th and 8th April

The coaches

Led by LTA qualified coaches who specialise in providing coaching for primary and secondary schools in the local area. All lead coaches are DBS checked and First Aid Trained. 

Caroline Neil-Dwyer, 30 years experience of coaching, is the founder of Smashing Tennis. Current schools: Great Kingshill Primary; RGS High Wycombe; Wycombe High; Pipers Corner; Cedar Park. Also senior coach at Wycombe Abbey, and coaches at Hazlemere tennis club. As a Junior she played at national level and gained a tennis scholarship to attend University in America and  is still playing competitively for Bucks and Halton Tennis club first team.

Equipment

I will have a few spare racquets, but please bring your own. I will have all balls and other equipment. You just need a drink, a snack (Nut Free please!)

Parking

Available on site. Drive through the main entrance of the school, turn left in the front car park until you reach a second barrier (which will be open). Go through and turn left into the back school car park, by the tennis courts. Loads of parking available and drop off is easy.
