About Smile Group

Smile Group is a small, grassroots charity supporting parents across Cheshire East who are experiencing mild to moderate perinatal mental health challenges. For 15 years, we’ve created welcoming spaces where parents can talk openly, feel understood and access the support they deserve.

Our work is built on community, compassion and lived experience. Through peer support groups, counselling, one-to-one support and family sessions, we walk alongside parents during one of the most vulnerable and transformative times in their lives.

Demand for our service continues to grow, and every penny raised helps us reach more families who need a place to feel seen, heard and supported.
