Smile Hi Sound Healing aims to help rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through the power of sound and meditation with regular Sound Bath sessions near you. Offering 8 serene venues in Hampshire, Surrey & Berks, my sessions offer an immersive evening experience providing a journey into relaxation, as the soothing vibrations of a powerful gong, Full Moon Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and voice wash over you, clearing away stress and restoring your inner balance. 

CRONDALL, THE OAK PARK CLINIC (12 max)

Join me for my Full Moon and New Moon sessions bi-monthly at The Oak Park Clinic, where the luminous energy of the celestial bodies is harnessed to amplify healing and transformation. Whether you are seeking to release the old with the Full Moon or set new intentions with the New Moon, Smile Hi Sound Healing provides a nurturing space for personal growth and inner peace. 

THE CROSS BARN, ODIHAM (25 max)

This incredible venue offers a monthly experience within this stunning building on the last Tuesday of every month. Embrace the transformative power of sound and moonlight at this welcoming venue. 

HECKFIELD MEMORIAL HALL, HECKFIELD (25 max)

Lie beneath a fairy light lit ceiling in this peaceful village. I can be found here every 3rd Thursday of the month.

CAMBERLEY THEATRE, CAMBERLEY (30 max)

My most modern venue with warm lighting and amazing acoustics offers monthly sessions (dates vary) - this popular venue is always fully booked so secure your space early. November and December currently have availability.

HOLYBOURNE THEATRE, ALTON (20 max)

The venue, known for its rich history of hosting captivating performances, will be transformed into a serene sanctuary, illuminated by the soft glow of fairy lights and candles. As you settle into the welcoming atmosphere, allow the soothing sounds of my Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong, and vibrational percussion to envelop you. This Sound Bath promises to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with restorative frequencies. Don’t miss the opportunity to unwind and connect with yourself on a deeper level in this magical setting.

LAVERSHOT BARNS @ POISE PILATES, WINDLESHAM (20 max)

Smile Hi Sound Healing is teaming up with Poise Pilates in Windlesham at the fabulous Lavershot Barns. This striking venue provides a spacious Sound Bath atmosphere with space for up to 20 participants. With easy parking right outside, we look forward to welcoming you to the first of perhaps many Sound Bath sessions here. Arrive with an open-heart and an open-mind, ready to receive the vibrational restoration of my soothing instruments, and I will do the rest.

FLOATING SOUND BATH - SWIM ODIHAM, ODIHAM (21 max)

Floating Sound Bath sessions at Swim Odiham once a month on a Friday (dates vary) - where you can weightlessly float on water whilst benefiting from the vibrational frequencies. I supply luxury airbeds for every participant.

FLOATING SOUND BATH - THE MARIST SCHOOL, ASCOT (20 max)

I'm so pleased to be bringing Floating Sound Baths to Ascot at The Marist School from February 2026. Come and join me on selected Tuesday's throughout the year for an unbeatable evening of restoration and self-care.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE GROUP SESSIONS -

- pillow, blanket/s, yoga mat, bolster for your knees, extra socks, eye mask, water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

These are general contraindications for Sound Therapy with Himalayan Singing Bowls. Please contact me prior to the session with any concerns.

Sound Bath (without placing the bowl on the body, only sound impact)

• Epilepsy (not allowed strictly)
• Intoxicated patients (drugs or alcohol - not allowed strictly)
• Patient with mental condition or on medication (only after co-ordination with their doctor)
• Pacemakers (please ask your doctor)
• First trimester of pregnancy (please ask your doctor)
• Extreme sensitivity to sound
